Tourism

In this contaminated world, where men are racing against time, working like bees, it is highly important to take sometime time off as humans are not the same as multi functioning machines. Therefore the need for rest and relaxation is being highly demanded and thus creating tourism. The word “tourism” can be defined as a temporary movement of a person or a group of people to a place other than their usual home environment, for more than 24 hours and less than once every consecutive year, with purposes such as leisure, visiting friends and relatives, business etc.
Most of the countries take tourism as a highly positive impact as it brings several benefits to the country and its people. One of the main reason is that tourism brings a myriad of development to the country and its people. The infrastructure gets upgraded, services such as health gets more high qualitative, development of hotels create variety of job opportunities and it creates a market for the local businesses such as souvenir shops and restaurants etc.
One the other hand, some of the countries take tourism as a negative impact as it might create havoc for the country.  The countries that inevitably say that tourism is bad, pinpoint some reasons like, the culture drain, overcrowd, spread of diseases and religious influences etc.
As we take a look at tourism from a different perspective, it helps the people to experience different cultures and traditions. It also opens the doors for the people to explore the world and its history in an effective manner.

In my opinion getting involved in tourism is the world’s best way to have a healthy life.
